Our Story

Welmed was founded in 2006 by Jie Tan (“Tan Jie”) and Dave Fliss, built on long-standing relationships across customers, factories, and partners. The company was created to offer a more responsive, reliable alternative in disposable product manufacturing.

That founding vision still defines how we operate today combining personalized service, strong partnerships, and the flexibility to adapt quickly to customer needs.
